India Temporarily Suspends Postal Services To US After Trump’s Tariff Hike | US-India Ties | News18

India’s Department of Posts on Saturday decided to temporarily suspend all types of postal articles destined for the United States due to new American duty rules, after President Donald Trump’s 50% tariffs on Indian goods.“The Department of Posts has taken note of the Executive Order No. 14324 issued by the US Administration on 30th July, 2025, under which the duty-free de minimis exemption for goods valued up to USD 800 will be withdrawn with effect from 29th August, 2025,” an official release from the Ministry of Communications read. n18oc_indian18oc_worldNews18 Mobile App – https://onelink.to/desc-youtube
