Save A Fox rescue has confirmed the passing of Finnegan the Fox, a beloved animal known to millions through the organization’s YouTube videos. The news was shared publicly on January 30 in a video posted to the Save A Fox channel by Ethan Frankamp, the widower of founder Mikayla Raines. In the emotional update, Frankamp explained that Finnegan had actually died around two months earlier, but the family needed time before they could speak about the loss.
