Toyota Kirloskar Sundaram Automotive Solutions Pvt Ltd on Thursday inaugurated its first multi-brand service outlet, branded “TSERV Select”, in Bengaluru.

The outlet, located at KR Puram, marks the start of the company’s plan to build a network of company-owned, multi-brand vehicle service centres. The venture said it was formed to address the growing demand for organised and transparent automotive service solutions in India, where a large part of the servicing market remains fragmented and unorganised.

Toyota Kirloskar Sundaram Automotive Solutions said it will provide multi-brand vehicle service supported by trained technicians, quality systems and standardised customer processes. The company plans to expand its footprint across key Indian cities based on market potential and customer demand. The company is a joint venture between Kirloskar Systems Pvt Ltd, the Trichur Sundaram Santhanam Family (TSSF Group) and Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt Ltd.

Company structure and service network

“TSERV Select” outlets are company-owned service centres that focus on infrastructure, quality, safety and service delivery. Alongside these, the company operates a wider network of third-party, multi-brand service outlets under the “TSERV” trademark, which currently stands at 150 locations across India. These are intended to extend reach while maintaining common service standards. Geetanjali Kirloskar, Chairperson and Managing Director of Kirloskar Systems, said, “The inauguration of our first service outlet marks an important milestone in building a customer-friendly automotive service platform. As Indian customers increasingly value transparency and trust, our focus is on delivering high-quality and dependable service across vehicle brands.”

Srivats Ram, Director, TSSF Group, said, “The launch of this facility reflects our commitment to making professional vehicle service more accessible and affordable. By addressing the gap between customer expectations and the availability of organised service options, we aim to offer reliable solutions that deliver value across the ownership journey.”

Tadashi Asazuma, Deputy Managing Director of Toyota Kirloskar Motor, said the outlet reflected the partners’ approach to extending Toyota’s service practices through local partnerships. “The launch of the first TSERV Select outlet marks a significant milestone, reflecting our shared commitment to extending Toyota’s service philosophy through strong and capable local partnerships,” he said.
