Kourtney Kardashian’s journey to ‘3 years sobriety’’

Kourtney Kardashian reveals she’s ‘3 years sober’: Inside her journey towards sobriety

If you thought Kylie Jenner was the only one amongst the Kardashian-Jenners making big splashes and headlines — thanks to her glamorous life with Timothée Chalamet — you need to hear this. Only last year, Khloé Kardashian confessed that she hadn’t had sex in three years. Now, Kourtney Kardashian has made another big revelation.Kourtney just quietly dropped one big and significant update about her personal life: she’s been sober for three years. She shared it in such a casual way, too. Read on to know what happened.

The big revelation

As reported by E! News, Kourtney just went for a quick mention in her Instagram Stories while showing off some new truffle white cheddar popcorn. Instead of a cocktail, she went for a gin mocktail, and wrote, “@Khloudfoods @KhloeKardashian def told them I haven’t drank alcohol in 3 years. Fancy Friday.” At the end, she raised her glass and said, “Cheers!” Simple as that, but it’s a huge milestone for her.

Who is Kourtney Kardashian?

If you’re wondering what Kourtney’s all about, she’s the oldest Kardashian sibling, known from the early days of ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’. She’s the daughter of Kris and the late Robert Kardashian, and has three siblings — Kim, Khloé, and Rob — plus a handful of half-siblings. Over the years, she’s built a name for herself outside of TV, too. In 2019, she launched ‘Poosh’, her wellness and lifestyle brand. The brand’s all about healthy living, self-care, beauty, and family — basically, everything she loves.Kourtney’s family life stays in the spotlight. She and her ex, Scott Disick, co-parent three kids: Mason (16), Penelope (13), and Reign (11). She also has a two-year-old son, Rocky, with her husband, Travis Barker, the drummer from Blink-182. The whole crew pops up on social media all the time, giving fans a look at their real, sometimes chaotic, but pretty tight family life. Kourtney often talks about how supportive Travis is, and it’s clear their relationship has been a big part of her recent growth and happiness. As for business, Kourtney’s made her mark. ‘Poosh’ has become a go-to spot for wellness advice, beauty tips, healthy recipes, and just general inspiration for living well. People really look to her for that kind of thing. She’s taken on other projects, too — everything from product collaborations to sharing what it’s really like juggling a business with raising a family. She’s open about the challenges, but you can see her practical side in how she runs things. It’s not just about looking good on Instagram; it’s about actually living well, and people notice.
