Link Lauren did not hold back after watching clips from the 2026 Golden Globe Awards. The media personality openly slammed the show and said he had not watched a single nominated film this year. He also called the ceremony “cringe” and “quite simply, not funny.” The 2026 Golden Globes took place in Los Angeles on Sunday, January 11. While the night celebrated big wins for films and actors, Link Lauren chose to stay away. Instead, he shared his thoughts online and made it clear that the show no longer interests him.The awards honored films like Hamnet, One Battle After Another, The Secret Agent, and KPop Demon Hunters. Actors Timothée Chalamet and Jessie Buckley took home major acting awards. Still, Lauren said none of it made him want to tune in.
