BCD Travel and Delta Air Lines forge multi-year strategic partnership to advance corporate travel

BCD Travel has announced a multi-year global agreement with Delta Air Lines, establishing a long-term strategic partnership to enhance the corporate travel ecosystem. The collaboration reinforces both companies’ shared commitment to delivering innovation, premium service, and technology-driven value for clients and travellers worldwide.

Under the new agreement, BCD Travel and Delta Air Lines will deepen alignment across key areas including technology integration, service excellence, and premium content delivery. The partnership will ensure best-in-class access to Delta’s full range of offerings—spanning fares, products, and services—providing BCD customers with a broad and seamless selection to meet diverse travel requirements.

“Delta’s long-term partnership with BCD reflects our shared commitment to supporting the corporate travel ecosystem,” said Bob Somers, Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Delta Air Lines. “By working together, we’re focused on delivering solutions that help companies and their travellers navigate an evolving landscape with confidence and efficiency.”

The partnership also emphasises technological alignment, enabling a frictionless corporate buying experience across all BCD booking platforms, including TripSource®, the company’s traveller-facing booking, trip management and engagement platform, and GetGoing, its end-to-end travel and expense solution tailored for the SME market.

Beyond technology, the partnership highlights a shared strategic vision for the future of business travel. It combines BCD Travel’s extensive global expertise as a leading travel management company (TMC) with Delta’s position as a global airline innovator.

“This agreement represents more than just a contract – it’s a commitment to innovation and partnership,” said Rose Stratford, EVP, Global Supplier Management & Delivery at BCD Travel. “Together with Delta, we’re shaping the future of corporate travel by ensuring our clients have access to the best content, technology, and service.”

The new alliance underlines both organisations’ ongoing investment in advancing corporate travel solutions that deliver efficiency, transparency, and traveller satisfaction in an evolving global market.
