MrBeast has announced that the first episode of Beast Games, Strong vs Smart Season 2 will be copyright free for streamers. Creators on platforms like YouTube and Twitch can now stream their reactions, make VODs, and clips without worrying about copyright strikes, as long as they add commentary and do not directly re-upload the episode. Episode 1 premieres on January 7, 2026, on Amazon Prime Video. This move follows the strategy from Season 1, aiming to generate excitement, increase engagement, and let fans who do not have Prime access enjoy the content alongside creators.Alongside this, MrBeast and JasonTheWeen, one of Twitch’s top 10 streamers, will go live on Wednesday, January 7, for a special giveaway event. During the stream, they will donate a total of $50,000 randomly to viewers who are watching and reacting to the new season. Twitch has created a dedicated Beast Games category with VIP screenings to help creators co-stream the episode. This approach encourages more fans and creators to engage with the season early, boosting visibility and interaction across multiple platforms.

Streamers can react to Beast Games Season 2 Episode 1 without copyright strikes

With this new initiative, content creators can now safely stream Episode 1 of ‘Beast Games: Strong vs Smart’ through platforms like YouTube or Twitch without worrying about copyright infringement. This is as long as they offer commentary or reaction content. The same was applicable during the previous season where copyright-free streaming was utilized to create hype among the audiences. The live giveaway adds an extra incentive for viewers. Fans watching the episode alongside MrBeast and JasonTheWeen have a chance to receive a portion of the $50,000 donation. Twitch’s dedicated category and VIP screenings make it easier for streamers to reach audiences and promote their reactions.Season 2 holds a pool of 200 participants, 100 “strong” contestants versus the 100 “smart” contestants, who battle for a total cash value in prizes of $ 5 million. In comparison to Season 1, the smaller cast allows for a more in-depth storyline and fewer challenges where success is dependent on luck. Of course, with Episode 1 being copyright-free, fans are able to get on board and participate in the action. This move by MrBeast will work well for both the show and the online community. By giving up his copyright, MrBeast urges people to share and participate in the excitement for the new season. People are now free to enjoy the first episode of Beast Games Season 2 as they will all be sharing the same experience through YouTube and other online platforms. Also Read: Vietnam to force YouTube and other platforms to allow skipping ads after 5 seconds starting February 15
