Citroen India partners with IndusInd General Insurance for expanded customer insurance options

Citroën India has entered a partnership with IndusInd General Insurance to expand its motor insurance ecosystem. The company said the collaboration is intended to offer customers a wider range of insurance choices and faster, digitally enabled claim processes.

Citroën said the partnership supports its objective of simplifying ownership by offering integrated insurance and claim services through its ‘2.0 Shift Into the New’ initiative.

Scope of partnership

IndusInd General Insurance will offer customised coverage options, digital claim settlement, and access to its national support network. Citroën said the offering includes cashless claims, minimal paperwork and insurance solutions aligned with its customer service model. Key benefits listed include comprehensive coverage, a national support network, digital convenience and integration with Citroën’s service approach.

Shishir Mishra, Business Head and Director – Strategic Partnerships & Institutional Business, Stellantis India, said the partnership aims to reduce customer effort during the insurance process and improve claim turnaround.

Rakesh Jain, CEO of IndusInd General Insurance, said the collaboration is intended to improve customer protection and convenience through the insurer’s digital systems and network.
