Middle East conflict: Drone Strikes, Airstrikes, and Ultimatums Escalate Conflict

The Middle East conflict has intensified sharply following fresh threats from Donald Trump, triggering a surge in military action. The United States and Israel have carried out heavy airstrikes on Iran, targeting key cities including Tehran, Isfahan, Mahshahr, and Bandar Imam. In retaliation, Iran launched large-scale drone attacks on Israel, again targeting Ben Gurion Airport, reportedly causing significant damage. Simultaneously, Iran-backed militia groups attacked U.S. military bases in Erbil, Iraq, using drones. The conflict has expanded across the region, with strikes also reported in Lebanon and near Tel Aviv, where rockets hit areas like Bnei Brak, creating panic among civilians. Over the past 24 hours, the region has witnessed continuous missile and drone strikes, leaving multiple hotspots engulfed in violence. Trump has issued a final 24-hour ultimatum for Iran to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, warning of severe consequences if ignored. Despite mounting pressure, Iran remains defiant, refusing to back down or halt its counterattacks.
