A major development has emerged in the ongoing conflict involving Iran, Israel, and the United States. Reports indicate that Iran has carried out a fresh attack on a oil tanker near Iraq. The tanker was reportedly in the sea when it was struck, triggering a massive blaze with flames rising high into the sky. Analysts say Iran’s current strategy appears focused on targeting energy infrastructure, including fuel storage sites, refineries, and oil tankers, in order to disrupt regional oil supplies and pressure its opponents. In another significant development, Iran has launched a drone strike on Israel using the Arash drone, marking the use of another long-range unmanned weapon after the widely used Shahed‑136 drone. Iran has released footage of the attack, claiming the drone strike targeted key installations. Military experts note that drones like the Arash are relatively inexpensive compared to the costly missile defense systems used to intercept them. This makes them an effective strategy for attacking large installations at low cost. Meanwhile, Donald Trump claimed that the United States has already won the war against Iran. He stated that American forces destroyed 58 Iranian naval vessels and severely damaged Iran’s air force during the early phase of the operation. However, defense analysts say the situation remains highly volatile, with continued attacks across the region raising fears that the conflict could expand further across the Middle East.
