Breaking News: Firecracker Explosion Triggers Blaze in Malaysia High-Rise Adelia Residency Apartment

A serious fire incident was reported from Malaysia after an explosion caused by stored firecrackers ignited a blaze inside a high-rise residential building. The fire broke out in a flat at Adelia Residency, a multi-storey apartment complex, creating panic among residents. According to initial information, a large stock of firecrackers was being kept inside the apartment, which suddenly caught fire and began exploding repeatedly. Eyewitnesses reported hearing continuous loud bursts as the firecrackers went off, intensifying the flames and making rescue operations challenging. Thick smoke and sparks were seen billowing from the affected flat, while residents in nearby apartments rushed to evacuate for safety. Firefighters were alerted immediately and reached the location with multiple fire engines. After a sustained operation, fire and rescue personnel managed to bring the blaze under control and prevent it from spreading to other parts of the building. Cooling operations were carried out to avoid re-ignition due to unexploded firecrackers. Authorities have not yet confirmed any casualties, and an investigation has been initiated to determine why such hazardous materials were stored inside a residential flat. The incident has raised concerns over fire safety and illegal storage of fireworks in residential buildings.
