Breaking News: CCSC Meeting Led by PM Modi on West Asia Crisis Begins

A high-level CCSC meeting has begun under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to review the ongoing West Asia crisis and its impact on India. The meeting focuses on assessing the regional situation, particularly its implications for energy security, including LPG supply and broader fuel-related concerns. Officials are examining how the instability in the Middle East could affect India’s energy imports and overall economic stability. In response to these concerns, the government has also scheduled a follow-up meeting of a group of ministers at 4 PM, which will be led by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh. This second meeting is expected to further review the energy situation and discuss possible measures to ensure supply stability and crisis management. Together, these back-to-back meetings highlight the government’s focus on closely monitoring global developments and preparing coordinated responses to potential disruptions caused by the West Asia crisis.
