Applicants who entered Finland with a student visa must switch to another A permit (such as a work permit) before applying.

Applications must be filed within Finland. Delayed applications require strong reasons (e.g., medical emergencies).

Clean criminal record is mandatory.

A valid passport and passport-sized photos as per Finnish guidelines.

A color copy of your passport ID page.
