Pickyourtrail launches corporate offsite vertical to offer customised travel experiences

Pickyourtrail has announced the launch of ‘Offsites by Pickyourtrail’, a new corporate travel vertical designed to deliver customised offsite experiences for organisations. The initiative reflects a broader shift in how companies approach team engagement, moving away from conventional meeting-based formats towards experience-led travel.

The platform, which has built its presence in personalised leisure travel over the past decade, is extending its expertise into the corporate segment. The offering focuses on designing offsites that prioritise shared experiences, flexibility, and destination-led engagement rather than structured agendas.

The launch comes at a time when organisations are increasingly viewing offsites as strategic tools for talent retention, team cohesion, and organisational culture. With the rise of remote and hybrid work models, companies are re-evaluating the role of offsites in fostering collaboration and connection among distributed teams.

‘Offsites by Pickyourtrail’ will offer curated travel experiences across 41 global destinations, covering a range of formats including luxury retreats and immersive cultural experiences. The platform is designed to provide end-to-end services, from itinerary planning to on-ground execution, allowing organisations to tailor experiences based on team preferences and objectives.

Hari Ganapathy, Co-Founder and CEO, Pickyourtrail, said- “Offsites today are no longer about itineraries, agendas or goodie bags. Teams are looking for real experiences — something they can enjoy, remember and feel proud of. At Pickyourtrail, we’ve spent over a decade crafting deeply customised international holidays, and that expertise is now translating naturally into how companies think about off-sites. Having already curated experiences for over 5,000 employees across companies, we’ve seen first-hand what works — and what doesn’t. What started as bespoke requests from founders and leaders has now evolved into a clear opportunity. With Offsites by Pickyourtrail, we’re bringing our strength in customisation, curation and end-to-end service to create experiences that teams genuinely love.” Santosh K, Strategic Partnerships Head, Pickyourtrail, said- “Culture isn’t built in town halls or strategy decks — it’s built in the moments between. How you bring your people together, where you take them, what you let them experience — that’s the real signal. We’re also seeing a clear generational shift: Gen Z and young millennials don’t just want to tick destinations off a list — they want experiences that are immersive, indulgent, and worth sharing. At Pickyourtrail, we’ve spent over a decade perfecting personalised travel, and we’re now bringing that same thinking to corporate teams — because the way a company unwinds together says as much about who it is as anything else it does.”

The company plans to expand its offerings to over 100 countries in the next five years, with a focus on diversified destinations and formats aligned with evolving corporate travel preferences.
