According to the Drik Panchang calendar, Janmashtami will be observed in India on August 15 and 16, 2025. The Nishita Puja, a special late-night ritual, is scheduled from 12:04 AM to 12:47 AM on August 16. Additionally, the lively Dahi Handi celebrations, symbolising Krishna’s playful spirit, will take place on Saturday, August 16, 2025.
