This semi-inverted posture enhances spinal flexibility and strengthens the core while allowing her to maintain alignment safely. Following this, she transitioned into Supported Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (Bridge Pose). Here, a yoga block under her sacrum and a folded mat beneath her shoulders provided stability, enabling longer holds without strain.
