PM Modi also congratulated Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, describing him as an experienced administrator with a proven record of governance. The Prime Minister further congratulated the newly appointed Deputy Chief Ministers, Samrat Chaudhary and Vijay Sinha.
