The breaking report highlights Russian President Vladimir Putin’s two-day visit to India’s National Capital. According to reports, he will arrive at 6:40 pm on Thursday and proceed directly to the Prime Minister’s residence for a private dinner. On the second day of his visit, he will hold bilateral talks with the President of India, Droupadi Murmu, followed by a royal dinner at Rashtrapati Bhavan. After this, a high-level meeting between India and Russia will take place, covering multiple strategic issues such as defence, economy, trade, and technology. India is also expected to sign 25 defence agreements, including deals related to the S-400 and S-500 systems and Sukhoi fighter jets. Sources indicate that he will be accompanied by seven key ministers: Defence Minister Andrei Belousov, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, Agriculture Minister Oksana Lut, Transport Minister Andrey Nikitin, Economic Development Minister Maxim Reshetnikov, Central Bank Chairperson Elvira Nabiullina, Health Minister Mikhail Murashko, and Internal Affairs Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev. Meanwhile, strict security arrangements have been put in place for both PM Modi and President Putin, with NSG snipers, drones, AI-based surveillance systems, jammers, and multiple security forces deployed across the capital. President Putin will depart for Russia on the night of December 5.
