The Ram Temple Trust has called a crucial meeting on July 11 following the donation theft controversy that has shaken devotees’ faith. The Trust has officially confirmed the resignations of General Secretary Champat Rai and trustee Anil Mishra, with a final decision on their resignations expected during the meeting. Sources indicate the Trust may undergo major restructuring under the leadership of Mahant Nritya Gopal Das, with possible appointments of new members and a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Treasurer Govind Dev Giri assured devotees that all silver bricks, ornaments, and donated valuables remain safe and properly accounted for. Meanwhile, the SIT investigation is ongoing, while opposition parties continue demanding greater accountability and a transparent probe into the alleged irregularities.
