The emerging trends from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) elections and other civic polls across Maharashtra indicate a decisive surge for the BJP-led Mahayuti alliance. Mirroring its Assembly election performance, the alliance appears to be consolidating power, with the BJP delivering a standout performance in key urban centres including Mumbai, Pune, and Nagpur.
