During his address in Bihar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a fierce attack on the RJD-Congress alliance, defining their identity through what he called “five words” Katta (gun culture), Krurta (cruelty), Katuta (bitterness), Kushasan (misrule), and Corruption. He said these five traits represent the “Jungle Raj” that Bihar had suffered under their governance. PM Modi questioned whether those responsible for spreading violence, hatred, and corruption could ever work for the welfare of Bihar. Contrasting this with NDA’s governance, he highlighted Bihar’s progress under BJP rule, citing railway engine manufacturing, dairy plants, and growing fish production that now meets both local and national demands. He asserted that Bihar has moved towards self-reliance and no longer needs to depend on migration for livelihood. Modi concluded by saying that while “Jungle Raj chokes Bihar,” Su-shasan (good governance) empowers every citizen.
