Pariksha Pe Charcha 2026: PM Modi Shares Mantras to Beat Exam Stress

In the Pariksha Pe Charcha 2026 programme, Prime Minister Narendra Modi shared valuable guidance with students on handling exam pressure, staying motivated, setting goals, and maintaining focus during examinations. Addressing students, parents, and teachers, PM Modi emphasized that exams should not be a source of fear but an opportunity for learning and self-growth. He also offered advice on creating effective study strategies, managing time efficiently, and taking care of emotional well-being. Responding to a question on how to stay focused during exams, PM Modi explained that some teachers focus only on helping students score marks, while good teachers ensure students understand the entire syllabus for overall development. Using a cricket analogy, he asked whether a bowler can remain fit by exercising only his shoulders. He explained that just as a cricketer needs full-body fitness to perform well, students also need balanced development beyond academics. PM Modi stressed that education is a means to build a successful life. He concluded by saying that marks cannot be the ultimate goal; the real goal should be overall personal growth and lifelong development.
