NDA To Unveil Joint Bihar Election Manifesto Tomorrow; Modi, Shah & Top Leaders To Attend

The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is set to release its joint election manifesto for Bihar on Friday, October 31, marking a major milestone in the state’s high-stakes assembly election campaign. The launch event, scheduled for 9:30 a.m., will see the presence of the BJP’s top leadership and key allies.

NDA To Unveil Bihar Election Manifesto

According to reports, the manifesto release will be led by Union Home Minister Amit Shah, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, and BJP National President J.P. Nadda expected to attend. Senior leaders from the Janata Dal (United) and other NDA constituents will also be present.

The NDA’s manifesto is likely to emphasize its commitment to education, healthcare, agriculture, and infrastructure, reiterating the alliance’s theme of “double-engine growth” — a reference to governance synergy between the state and central governments.

Party insiders describe the document as a comprehensive roadmap for Bihar’s development, focusing on job creation, rural connectivity, and welfare schemes. The move comes as the opposition Mahagathbandhan, led by RJD’s Tejashwi Yadav, has already released its own manifesto, “Bihar Ka Tejashwi Pran,” outlining alternative priorities for youth employment and social welfare.
