A serious water contamination crisis has emerged in Indore, where at least 15 people have reportedly lost their lives after consuming polluted drinking water. Despite the fatalities, conditions on the ground remain alarming. An ABP News team visited Bhagirathpura area and found shocking visuals of water being supplied through rusted and moss-covered tankers, raising serious questions about safety and hygiene. The condition of these tankers suggests the water is unfit for consumption and could itself cause illness. Residents, facing acute water scarcity, are being forced to rely on this unsafe supply. The district administration has advised citizens to boil water and clean storage tanks, but locals allege no clear assurance has been given on when clean drinking water will be provided. Public anger is growing, with residents questioning accountability and government response.
