IndiGo Crisis: Passengers Stranded Nationwide as Anger Grows Over Massive Disruptions

The chaos triggered by IndiGo’s system failure has now resulted in widespread anger among passengers across the country. Visuals from multiple airports show thousands of stranded travelers, highlighting the scale of the crisis. From Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bengaluru and Chandigarh to Agartala, Ahmedabad, Indore, Jaipur, Bhopal, Raipur and Patna, every major airport is witnessing long queues, confusion and frustration. Many passengers are questioning whether IndiGo created this crisis due to its own negligence, especially as other airlines are operating on schedule without major disruptions. As a result of IndiGo’s widespread cancellations, fares on other carriers have increased sharply, forcing passengers to pay several times more to reach their destinations. Those stuck at airports continue to face uncertainty, lack of updates and poor assistance. The situation has raised serious concerns about IndiGo’s management and planning, while ABP News continues to show ground-level visuals from affected airports across India.
