Ideas of india 2026: Resilience and Inner Strength Shape Dialogue at Ideas of India 2026

At the fifth edition of the Ideas of India Summit 2026, hosted by ABP Network under the theme “The New World Order,” conversations extended beyond geopolitics and economics to the power of inner resilience. In a thought-provoking session titled “The Art of Resilience: Balancing the Mind,” Gauranga Das, Spiritual Leader and Director of ISKCON Govardhan Ecovillage, shared insights on mental strength and human potential. Gauranga Das emphasized that individuals often fail to unlock their hidden potential because they perceive others as more powerful. He urged people to refrain from comparing themselves and instead invest effort in recognizing their own inherent strengths. According to him, self-awareness and disciplined inner work are essential for genuine growth. Addressing the growing concerns around mental imbalance in modern society, he noted that psychological distress has increased significantly in recent years. He argued that without human development—emotional stability, clarity of purpose, and moral grounding—economic progress alone cannot sustain a nation’s growth. The session highlighted that resilience is not merely about surviving crises but about cultivating balance, confidence, and conscious living. In a rapidly changing world order, the discussion reinforced that mental harmony and inner leadership are as vital as political or economic power.
