Garba Festivities Turn Chaotic In Maharashtra, Rajasthan And Madhya Pradesh Amidst Clashes

Navratri celebrations across India have seen chaos and disturbances at multiple garba events in three states. In Maharashtra, during a garba festival in Kashi Village, Mira Road, a local resident named Mohsin Khan reportedly threw eggs from his home’s seventh floor, disrupting the event. The incident caused tension among attendees, and police registered a case against him, taking him into custody. Authorities are investigating the motives behind the act, as the festival was in full swing at around 11 PM.In Rajasthan’s Bikaner district, a garba program descended into chaos when allegations of harassment emerged, leading to clashes between two groups. Stone-pelting and scuffles occurred before police arrived to restore order. Several people were detained, and authorities continue to probe the incident.Meanwhile, in Damoh, Madhya Pradesh, during a Devi Arti at a local pandal in Alampur village, two bulls unexpectedly entered the crowd, causing panic. Although minor injuries were reported, locals managed to control the situation, and the ceremony resumed. These incidents underscore growing concerns over law and order during festive gatherings. Police across the states are on alert, ensuring safety measures are in place to prevent further disturbances during Navratri celebrations.
