Yoga guru Swami Ramdev, while addressing a public interaction, emphasized that no position—whether it is a village head, MLA, MP, Chief Minister, Prime Minister, or even President—should lead anyone to consider themselves above the Constitution or the law. He stated that the true measure of greatness lies in one’s character, intentions, leadership, and conduct. According to him, history has shown that even the strongest powers and empires eventually fall if they lose moral direction. Ramdev further remarked that life itself is a struggle and one must work hard continuously to succeed. He said that those who do not fight or strive forward cannot progress or achieve victory. Praising political effort and discipline, he said that in Indian politics, perseverance and hard work are essential, and credited the BJP for demonstrating strong organizational determination and political effort. Responding to political questions, references were made to allegations raised by opposition leaders regarding central forces and election conduct. Ramdev, however, emphasized discipline, effort, and lawful conduct as the foundation of progress. He concluded by reiterating that success comes only through sustained effort, discipline, and determination.
