Delhi News: Faridabad terror module linked to Delhi car blast; 2,900 kg explosives recovered

The investigation into the Delhi car blast near Red Fort has revealed shocking links to a Faridabad-based terror module. Authorities recovered 2,900 kg of explosives and several detonators from the site. The blast is suspected to have been masterminded by Dr. Umar Mohammad from Pulwama, who allegedly drove the explosive-laden i20 car. Dr. Umar and his associate, Dr. Muzammil, were reportedly building bombs in rented rooms and storing ammonium nitrate. Their network extended to universities and medical professionals. Intelligence failures and poor coordination between Haryana and Jammu & Kashmir police have now come under scrutiny as agencies widen the probe.
