BREAKING: Twisha Sharma Death Mystery Deepens as Family Pushes for CBI Investigation

The mysterious death of Twisha Sharma continues to spark outrage and unanswered questions as the case enters its ninth day with increasing political and legal attention. Twisha’s family has raised serious doubts over the authenticity of the postmortem report and demanded a second autopsy in Delhi to uncover the truth behind her suspicious death. However, a Bhopal court has denied permission for a fresh postmortem, further intensifying the family’s concerns. Twisha died under suspicious circumstances on May 12, after which a postmortem examination was conducted at AIIMS Bhopal. The following day, an FIR was registered against her husband Samarth and mother-in-law Giribala. On May 14, Giribala was granted anticipatory bail, prompting criticism and suspicion from Twisha’s relatives. The family later rejected the postmortem findings, alleging possible tampering in the medical report and demanding that the investigation be shifted to Delhi for an impartial inquiry. The issue gained momentum when Twisha’s family staged a protest outside the residence of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on May 17, demanding justice and a transparent investigation. A day later, husband Samarth’s anticipatory bail plea was rejected, marking a crucial turn in the case. Following a meeting with the family, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav assured them that the state government would recommend a CBI investigation into Twisha Sharma’s death. He also promised that the government would move to challenge the anticipatory bail granted to the mother-in-law and make arrangements to transfer Twisha’s body to Delhi if necessary. The case has now become a high-profile issue, with growing public demand for accountability, transparency, and an unbiased investigation into the circumstances surrounding Twisha Sharma’s death.
