Breaking: Shooter Injures Two; Hamza At Large As Prayagraj Car Hits Immersion Crowd — Six Injured On

A viral video showing a shooter has prompted urgent police action after two people were critically wounded in a confrontation. Authorities say one suspect was shot and detained, while the other accused, identified as Hamza, remains at large and is being actively hunted. CCTV footage has become central to the investigation, helping officers trace movements and build a timeline of the encounter. The two injured were rushed to hospital and are receiving treatment for serious wounds; their condition is being closely monitored. In a separate, alarming incident in Prayagraj, a speeding car ploughed into a crowd participating in a murti visarjan procession, leaving six people injured, including women and elderly worshippers. Witnesses described scenes of panic as celebrants dancing and moving with music were struck from behind. Police quickly seized the vehicle and launched an inquiry, while local hospitals reported treating multiple casualties. Both cases have sparked public outrage and calls for swift justice, with investigators piecing together evidence from CCTV, eyewitness statements, and forensic teams. Authorities have urged calm and appealed to citizens to share any information that could help locate the fugitive suspect or identify the driver responsible for the Prayagraj crash. Investigations continue as communities seek answers.
