Breaking: Police Team Attacked With Sticks And Chilli Powder During Clash In Rajasthan’s Pratapgarh

In Rajasthan’s Pratapgarh district, a violent mob attack on a police team has shocked the state. The incident occurred when officers arrived to settle a clash between two groups in Diwala village. Instead of cooperating, one faction turned on the police, striking them with sticks and throwing red chilli powder into their eyes. Three policemen were reported critically injured and rushed to hospital. Authorities have detained several suspects, and heavy security remains deployed in the area to prevent further escalation. This disturbing event highlights the growing risks faced by law enforcement across India. In Uttar Pradesh’s Jhansi, a police constable earned praise for saving a woman attempting suicide by jumping into a river. Meanwhile, Saharanpur residents faced a bizarre situation when Google Maps allegedly guided a car into a pond, though all passengers escaped unharmed. In Delhi’s Udyog Nagar, a paint factory fire was contained after six fire engines battled the blaze for hours. Separately, in Jodhpur, a high-tension electricity line collapse triggered panic and a restaurant fire, injuring several. From mob violence to heroic rescues, these incidents underline the fragile balance of public safety and the critical role of frontline responders.
