Breaking: PM Modi to Hoist Flag at Ram Mandir, Ayodhya Witnesses Historic Celebration

Ayodhya, November 25, 2025 – In a historic moment for the city and the nation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to hoist the sacred flag atop the newly completed Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. The event marks the culmination of over 500 years of anticipation and devotion, following the Prana Pratishtha ceremony held on January 22, 2024. The entire temple complex has been meticulously prepared, with grand decorations, security arrangements, and facilities for devotees visiting the sacred site. The celebration coincides with Vivah Panchami, adding a spiritual and cultural dimension to the event, as devotees also commemorate the marriage of Lord Ram and Goddess Sita. Thousands of devotees, including locals and pilgrims from nearby districts, have gathered along the Ram Path and at Sarayu Ghats to witness the auspicious ceremony. Security is stringent, with multiple checkpoints and police personnel deployed to ensure smooth proceedings. The event will also see participation from key dignitaries, including RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat. The Prime Minister is expected to deliver an address following the flag-hoisting, highlighting the significance of the temple in India’s spiritual and cultural heritage.
