According to police, three minors riding a bike allegedly carried out the attack. One accused has been detained from the spot, while further investigation is underway to identify the other involved juveniles. The incident has raised serious concerns over youth violence and public safety in the capital. In Lucknow, a disturbing incident involving stray animals surfaced when a stray cow chased a young girl, knocked her to the ground, and repeatedly attacked her. The terrified child screamed for help as people watched from a distance due to fear. The cow dragged the girl onto the road before a brave local man intervened and managed to rescue her. The incident has once again highlighted the growing menace of stray animals in urban areas. Meanwhile, in Patna, Bihar, a heroic act by traffic police constable Tara Kumari drew national attention. At Digha Ghat, two youths started drowning in the Ganga river. Despite strong currents and without any safety gear, Tara Kumari jumped into the river to save them. Although her courageous efforts could not locate the youths, her bravery has been widely praised.
