A major security alert was reported in Delhi after a suspicious black **Hyundai Santro car was found parked near the Red Fort on the evening of February 18. The vehicle was spotted during routine patrolling by the local Kotwali police team. Upon checking the car, police found two individuals sitting inside. One of them was identified as Mudassir, a resident of Pulwama in Jammu & Kashmir, while the other was a minor. When asked to show identification, Mudassir allegedly claimed he was an officer of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and presented an ID card. However, police suspected the card was fake. Both individuals were taken to the police station for questioning. During interrogation, it was revealed that Mudassir had been using the forged NIA ID to cheat people by promising them jobs. The minor was also allegedly brought to Delhi after being lured with false employment assurances. Authorities have registered a case, and multiple agencies are now questioning the suspect, especially considering his Pulwama connection. Investigation is ongoing.
