Breaking News: Public Outrage Grows as NEET Student Case Sparks Nationwide Political Debate

Politics has heated up from Delhi to Patna over the death of a NEET student. Protests erupted outside the Bihar Assembly in Patna and the Parliament in Delhi, with opposition parties demanding justice for the deceased student. RJD, Congress, and CPI(M) leaders were seen holding banners with slogans like “We failed to protect our daughters” and “Justice for Bihar’s daughter.” In Delhi, opposition MPs protested at the Makar Dwar of Parliament, highlighting the need for immediate government action and a response to the case. The Bihar government has recommended a CBI investigation, and BJP MLA Mithilesh Tiwari assured that there would be no cover-up and the accused will face strict action. He emphasized that under the guidance of the Home Minister and Chief Minister, justice will be ensured. This marks the first budget session of Bihar’s new NDA government, and the opposition has used the platform to raise the issue. Congress MLA Kamruddin and CPI(M) members protested inside the Assembly, demanding inclusion of the case in the Governor’s address and highlighting alleged police lapses. The protests underscore public outrage over the student’s death and calls for accountability, with both state and central authorities under pressure to act swiftly.
