The final rites of Prateek Yadav are being held amid a large and emotional gathering as thousands of supporters, family members, and political workers joined the funeral procession for his last journey. The mortal remains were taken through a ceremonial route towards Baikunth Dham for the final rites. The funeral procession saw deeply emotional scenes as close relatives, including members of the Yadav family, accompanied the body. Among them, Aditya Yadav was seen shouldering the bier along with other family members, reflecting the grief and respect shared within the family. Supporters and political workers from various parties, including the Samajwadi Party and Bharatiya Janata Party, also participated in the procession, marking a rare moment of cross-party presence during a solemn occasion. Thousands gathered along the route to pay their final respects, creating an atmosphere filled with grief and remembrance. The procession moved slowly as traditional rites were performed and chants echoed during the final journey. Security and crowd management arrangements were put in place to ensure the smooth movement of the funeral convoy and to manage the large turnout of mourners. Leaders and well-wishers expressed condolences, remembering Prateek Yadav and extending support to the grieving family. The atmosphere remained somber throughout the procession as the community came together to bid farewell.
