He highlighted the strengthening ties between India and Canada, mentioning meetings at the G7 Summit in Alberta and the G20 Summit in Johannesburg. Carney described the relationship not as a renewal but an expansion of a valued partnership with new ambition and focus. He praised India’s rapid economic growth, clean energy initiatives, digital economy expansion, biofuel projects, and leadership in next-generation artificial intelligence talent, calling India one of the fastest-growing economies in the world.
