Former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will visit the Hanuman Temple at Connaught Place (PP area) in Delhi at 12 noon following his acquittal in the alleged liquor policy case. The court recently cleared Kejriwal, along with Manish Sisodia and several others, of all charges in the matter. Kejriwal will be accompanied by Manish Sisodia, Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh, and party leader Durgesh Pathak. The temple visit is being seen as a gesture of gratitude and faith after the legal relief. It has often been observed that Kejriwal visits the Hanuman Temple before or after significant political developments, sometimes along with his family. Speculation had suggested that he might visit the temple immediately after the verdict, but due to a large number of party workers and supporters gathering to meet him, he instead addressed them at the party headquarters and interacted with the media. Given that Saturday is considered auspicious for worship of Lord Hanuman, Kejriwal is scheduled to offer prayers and seek blessings at noon.
