Breaking News: Ghuskhor Pandit Sparks Nationwide Protests; FIR Filed in Lucknow Against Makers

The controversy surrounding the web series Ghuskhor Pandit continues to escalate across India. Following the trailer release on Netflix, widespread protests have erupted, with sections of society, including the All India Brahmin Mahasabha in Bhopal, demanding strict action against the filmmakers and cast, including director Neeraj Pandey, actor Manoj Bajpayee, and producer Ruchika Shekhar Kapoor. In a significant development, the Hazratganj police in Lucknow have registered an FIR against the production team on charges of attempting to disturb social harmony. Officials allege that the series contains content that could inflame communal sentiments. The issue has attracted national attention, prompting the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) to issue a notice to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting seeking a detailed report on the matter. Authorities are currently reviewing the content, and the investigation into the role of the makers is ongoing.
