Since Shariq Satha remains absconding in Dubai, the court has ordered the seizure of his movable and immovable assets. Acting on the CJM Chandausi’s order, the police conducted the seizure at his residence with a heavy force, publicly announced it with traditional drums, and carried out a flag march to maintain law and order. Investigations revealed that Shariq Satha, from Dubai, had orchestrated the violence and shooting at the Shahi Jama Masjid through his accomplices, which resulted in five deaths. Three of his associates have already been arrested. The Sambhal police are working with Interpol to bring him to justice.
