Breaking News: Akhilesh Yadav Voices Support for Shankaracharya, Slams Government Negligence

In a major statement, Akhilesh Yadav expressed strong support for Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand, emphasizing that any disrespect toward saints will be opposed. He also criticized the government for negligence in recent incidents, including the death of a 27-year-old engineer, alleging that administrative lapses and inaction contributed to the fatality. Yadav condemned the circulation of misleading videos targeting individuals and called for accountability. He further criticized the transfer of CJM Vibhanshu Sudhir in Sambhal, stating that such actions undermine justice, and expressed confidence that the Supreme Court and High Court would take note. Addressing broader concerns, he highlighted the influence of capitalist interests over media channels, arguing that such control threatens social welfare and the promotion of socialist and Ambedkarite principles. Yadav questioned the government’s priorities, stressing the importance of safeguarding lives—whether of common citizens, farmers, or the poor—and called for responsible governance to prevent similar tragedies.
