In a significant development ahead of the upcoming Bihar elections, Mukesh Sahni, leader of the Vikassheel Insaan Party (VIP) and key ally of the Mahagathbandhan, has issued a strong statement regarding the chief ministerial face of the alliance. The final decision will be taken collectively by the coordination committee formed by the alliance. As an individual, I may give my opinion, and Rahul Gandhi may also give his, but the decision will come from the alliance platform,” he said. This statement solidifies Tejashwi Yadav’s position as the chief ministerial candidate for the Mahagathbandhan and highlights the united stance of the alliance partners, including Congress, RJD, and VIP. With elections approaching, the opposition bloc aims to project Tejashwi Yadav as the undisputed leader, while presenting a united front against the BJP-led NDA in Bihar.
