A major development has emerged from Madhya Pradesh in the case of deaths caused by contaminated drinking water. Seven people lost their lives after consuming polluted water, prompting swift action by the state government. Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya stated that the exact source of the dirty water has been identified and repair work is currently underway. According to him, the water quality has already improved compared to yesterday and the situation is expected to return to normal within two days. Till then, residents have been advised to drink only boiled tap water or use tanker water. The government has deployed around 50 tankers supplying Narmada water across the affected area.
