The investigation into the alleged theft of donations at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya has entered a crucial phase, with the Special Investigation Team (SIT) questioning over 100 people and closely examining every aspect of the case. CCTV footage, financial records, and the movement of donation collections are being scrutinized to identify those responsible for the alleged misappropriation of devotees’ offerings. According to sources, the SIT has found indications of possible tampering with CCTV footage and has called forensic experts to recover deleted or altered videos. The probe has also focused on key individuals, including Tillu Yadav and other temple-linked personnel, while bank officials, private agency staff, and employees involved in handling donation money have also been questioned. Sources indicate that a preliminary report may be submitted to the Uttar Pradesh government soon, and strict action is expected against anyone found guilty. The SIT is reportedly considering criminal proceedings against those implicated in the case. Authorities are also examining how donations were transported, counted, and deposited, while reviewing property transactions and other related aspects to ensure a comprehensive investigation. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has already stated that no guilty person, regardless of influence, will be spared.
