Bihar Politics: Yadav Family Rift Deepens, Rohini Accuses Lalu’s Family of Assault

A major rift has erupted within Lalu Prasad Yadav’s family after his daughter Rohini Acharya publicly accused family members of insulting and assaulting her. In an emotional post, Rohini said she was abused, called “dirty,” and accused of giving her “dirty kidney” to her father for political benefit. She urged married daughters never to repeat her “mistake” of saving their fathers, saying no family should have a daughter like her. Rohini claimed she was humiliated, given filthy abuses, and even threatened with a slipper. Hurt and angry, she left the house on the night of 15 November and criticised Tejashwi Yadav and Sanjay Yadav, saying they expelled her from the family. The feud intensified when Tej Pratap Yadav warned “traitors” harming the family. JDU questioned Lalu and Rabri’s silence, while BJP MP Rajiv Pratap Rudy said the RJD family was collapsing. Chirag Paswan urged peace, calling it a painful situation.
