As the final day of campaigning for the second phase of Bihar Assembly Elections 2025 unfolds, the state is witnessing intense political drama and festive enthusiasm. While top leaders from both alliances are holding back-to-back rallies across Bihar, all eyes are on RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav, who turns 36 today. His supporters have turned his birthday into a celebration of political strength, gathering in large numbers outside Rabri Devi’s residence, raising slogans, and cutting a massive 36-pound cake to mark the occasion. Posters and hoardings wishing Tejashwi as the “future Chief Minister of Bihar” have been installed across several districts by enthusiastic party workers. Tejashwi, who remains the Mahagathbandhan’s biggest star campaigner, is scheduled to hold 16 rallies across five districts today. His speeches are focusing on youth employment, promising at least one government job per family if voted to power, a promise resonating strongly among young voters. Meanwhile, the BJP-led NDA is also in full swing with Union Home Minister Amit Shah addressing rallies in Sasaram and Arwal, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh campaigning in Aurangabad and Rohtas, and UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath holding public meetings in Araria, Supaul, and Madhubani. In the Seemanchal region, Rahul Gandhi is leading the Congress charge with rallies in Kishanganj and Purnia, targeting the NDA over unemployment and inflation. As the campaign silence period begins tonight, Bihar braces for voting on November 11 across 122 constituencies, marking the most crucial phase of the 2025 elections.
