‘You are doing nonsense’: Indian man counters Texas whistleblower Sara Gonzales over H-1B allegation, calls her jobless

'You are doing nonsense': Indian man counters Texas whistleblower Sara Gonzales over H-1B allegation, calls her jobless

Indian man shuts up Sara Gonzales for H-1B ambush, calls her jobless.

Texas journalist Sara Gonzales who started ‘busting’ H-1B fraud in her state, which also resulted in some action from the government, targeted ‘Great America Technologies’ for her latest video. But it turned into a fight between Gonzales and Nagarjuna Reddy Sakam, who is listed as the director of the company — after Nagarjuna patiently spoke to Gonzales and replied to all her questions and also recognized her as the woman who visits H-1B establishments and creates a nuisance.Gonzales said the company was founded in 2017, and at that time, Laxmi Chaitanya Boggula was named as the director. Later on, her husband Nagarjuna became the director. But their address does not have their office, their telephone number does not work and their website does not have any information, Gonzales claimed before surprising Nagarjuna at his house address.Nagarjuna explained that his company is a small one and it is going through an address change. It does not have many H-1B employees and they work for different clients. He told Gonzales he is not doing business on H-1B but he is a Green Card holder and he has his rights. Nagarjuna called out Gonzales for creating nonsense, targeting the Indian community and told her that USCIS and the government are there to investigate if there is any fraud. “Don’t you have any job?” Nagarjuna asked, saying that he would file a lawsuit against Gonzales, as he is not doing anything illegal. After the altercation, Gonzales visited the new address that Nagarjuna provided her with, and said it was a co-working space and there was no one. Gonzales again called Nagarjuna and pressed him for Public Access Files. The phone conversation also turned into a fight as Nagarjuna said he called 911 and the cops were on their way.

US entrepreneur says company is not doing anything wrong

US entrepreneur James Blunt, who frequently comments on immigration issues, said he looked into the company and found nothing wrong. The company is a consultancy that recruits people for clients. Blunt said if self-styled whistleblowers like Gonzales show up at private property, the owners should first ask for her identification, deny entry and then record the interaction.Sara defended what many people on social media called ‘trespassing’ and said Nagarjuna spoke to her for 15 minutes and turned hostile after “he realized he was screwd, at which point he told us to leave, and we did”.
