Felix “xQc” Lengyel had to suddenly stop his livestream on April 16, 2026, after falling sick during a training session. He was preparing for the Sidemen Charity Match 2026 alongside fellow streamer Nicholas “Jynxzi.” What started as a normal practice quickly turned worrying when xQc sat down and looked unable to continue. The stream, which was live on Twitch, captured the moment in real time.Jynxzi stayed close and tried to help him recover. He offered water and electrolytes, but xQc looked clearly uncomfortable. Within minutes, he admitted he felt like throwing up and had already been sick during the session. The stream ended shortly after, leaving fans concerned about his health just days before the big charity match.

Felix xQc Lengyel struggles during stream as Nicholas Jynxzi reacts to health scare and poor hydration habits

As the session went on, Felix xQc Lengyel tried to push through, but things did not improve. Sitting on the ground, he said, “Yeah. I think I need to puke a bit here.” Even after taking a short break, he returned briefly but still looked unwell. When Nicholas Jynxzi checked on him again, xQc was more open about what was happening. He said, “It’s making me pukey. Oh my God. Yeah, I don’t wanna be like disgusting, but I had like puke like all over here like twice.” The concern in Jynxzi’s reaction was clear as he told him to take his time and not rush. But the situation became more surprising when the conversation shifted to hydration. During the same stream, xQc revealed that he barely drinks water. When Jynxzi asked about his daily intake, xQc replied, “None. I’m more of a lemonade type guy.” That answer caught Jynxzi off guard immediately. The discussion did not stop there. xQc explained that he does not even carry a water bottle and prefers other drinks. Jynxzi responded with concern, telling him that proper hydration is important, especially during physical training. Then came the most surprising part. xQc said he drinks only half a bottle of water in an entire week. When asked again, he confirmed it, saying, “Like a half maybe.” Jynxzi reacted strongly, saying it was not enough, especially with a match coming up.xQc tried to explain his habit by saying he drinks other liquids instead. He added that drinks like lemonade still contain water. Though, Jynxzi kept stressing that plain water is needed, especially before strenuous activity. The time of this event matters. Fans are currently wondering whether xQc will be ready as the Sidemen Charity Match 2026 gets closer quickly. His unexpected health episode has raised questions not just about his physical state but also about his daily habits.Though there has been no official update on his health for now, the event has spurred a larger debate over health and preparedness.
