Twitch streamer Matthew “Mizkif” has confirmed that his relationship with his girlfriend, Juice, has ended. The popular streamer shared the update exclusively in a YouTube Shorts video. The video was titled Breakup. In it, Mizkif spoke directly to his fans and explained why he has been absent from streaming in recent days.The breakup comes less than three weeks after Mizkif surprised the online community by revealing his relationship. However, the relationship was short-lived, and Mizkif has now shared that the decision did not come from him.
Mizkif opens up about heartbreak and healing after the split with his girlfriend
When Mizkif first announced his relationship with Juice, he did so in his usual humorous style. In the Instagram Reel, he said, “I have actually got a girlfriend, and I don’t want to hide her from you, so I’d rather show you guys who she is. Her name is Juice. Juice. (A woman enters the frame and says, ‘Hey, guys.’) I’m gay.”Just 19 days later, Mizkif shared difficult news with his audience. In the YouTube Short, he confirmed the breakup and admitted he was struggling to process it. “Hey, guys. I just want to make this video to let you guys know that me and Juice broke up. She broke up with me, and that’s never happened before. So, I don’t know how to process this. I’m probably going to be taking some time off social media for a little bit. But I just want to let you guys know. So, see you guys later”, he said. Before the breakup announcement, Mizkif had already been opening up about personal changes in his life. A week ago, he spoke about living alone for the first time at age 30. He described the experience as positive and healing. Mizkif said, “Yo, living alone for the first time, I thought that I would feel just emptiness. I thought that I would miss all the noise and the attractions. But as I’ve learned, living alone as a 30-year-old man has been very healing. I’ve been cleaning everything myself. Actually cleaning. Mopping the floors. wiping down the counters. Scrubbing the bathrooms. Organizing drawers. And for the first time, it feels amazing. Every time I organize and clean my house, I feel more and more at ease in my own mind.”As of now, Juice has not made any public statement about the breakup.
